Perhaps in this thread, people would be allowed to ask serious questions (some sort of ruleset for good questions and bad questions, moderators just deleted "bad" posts) from higher-ups.

Ideally, a higher-up manager/exec could spend maybe twenty minutes every friday answering some "good" questions in this thread.

Talk about "joining the conversation!"
